Giuliana Rancic Says 'THANK YOU' for Family Well-Wishes

Making an addition to the family, Giuliana Rancic and her husband, Bill, welcomed a new addition to their family last night (August 29).

The proud papa and his E! News anchor wife welcomed Edward Duke Rancic, who weighed in at 7 pounds 4 ounces, via a gestational carrier.

Hours after Edward was born, a surely beaming Giuliana took to Twitter to send love to her fans, as she wrote, "THANK YOU for ur love & prayers!"

Making for quite the week, the 37 year-old Italian-American celebrity news personality and her husband also celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary over the weekend.
