We still have a few weeks until the 2013 Webby Awards go live on May 22nd, and in the meantime a few trophy winners have just been named.

R&B singer Frank Ocean nabbed the Webby Person of the Year honors thanks to his public declaration of his homosexuality in 2012.

Last month they had an altercation outside a Los Angeles recording studio, and it turns out neither Frank Ocean nor Chris Brown will face any legal ramifications.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, “authorities are unlikely to push for a misdemeanor battery charge” against Mr. Brown, despite the fact that he’s still on probation for his assault on Rihanna back in 2009.

Sometimes celebrities lose their tempers (some more than others), and last night (January 27) Chris Brown and Frank Ocean were involved in a bit of a tussle.

According to a report it all went down at Westlake Studio in Los Angeles, where both recording artists happened to be working on different projects.
