Doing their best to boost candy sales, the stars were out in full force at the Sugar Factory inside Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas on Sunday (February 14).

Opening on Valentine's Day, the festive fete brought out former "Girls Next Door" co-stars Holly Madison and Kendra Wilkinson, who brought along her footballer hubby Hank Baskett.

The Playboy beauty sported a white "I Love Candy" tank top with jean shorts and knee-high socks as she struck a few sensual poses at the Mirage Hotel and Casino candy shop.
