"Playing feisty hard-hitting women gives me a chance to be everything I'm not. No, I'm not fishing for compliments. I love playing a character that has a skill set that I don't have, so I have to learn. I think this is one of best things about being an actress - to come away with so much more knowledge of various aspect of different careers. I'm going to be awesome at wielding weapons, driving fast cars and generally being bada**. I'll be hanging out with Terminators and whatnots, including them to flat whites and generally chilling."
On her embarrassing auditions:
"There was this one for a deodorant and they were going to play a song that I had to dance to. It was a particularly sordid song, and I looked around the room as I walked in and thought, 'Am I being pranked?'"
On becoming Sarah:
"I have an older brother. I definitely watched it as I was growing up. The first time I was way too young, maybe either or nine. But then when I watched it against, I remember being engrossed in her story and thinking it's very much about the girl."
On refusing to Google herself:
"If you come out of the doctor's and they tell you that you have an ailment, never Google it. I believe searching yourself comes under the same bracket. It will only end in tears."
