First Simon, Now Santana and Rachel: Demi Lovato Gleefully Joins Another FOX Show
First “The X Factor” and now “Glee.” FOX seems to sure like Demi Lovato. The singer is set to appear in at least six episodes of “Glee” this coming season, portraying a new friend of Lea Michele's character, Rachel, and Naya Rivera’s character, Santana.
The chart-topper takes on the role of Dani, a struggling artist in New York. She’ll also reportedly have a lot of interaction with the new character played by “American Idol” alum Adam Lambert.
FOX believes viewers of its singing competition shows will also want to stay tuned to see Miss Lovato and Glambert do their thing on “Glee.”
“Glee” begins its fifth season in September. The first two episodes will be “Beatles” themed. The third will deal with the death of Cory Monteith, who played Finn.
