Debra Messing Officially Files For Divorce
After almost 12 years of marriage, Debra Messing is officially calling it quits with her husband Daniel Zelman.
According to legal documents filed in Los Angeles on Tuesday (June 5), the "Along Came Polly" actress cited the usual "irreconcilable differences" and is is asking for spousal and child support.
The 43-year-old starlet has hired powerhouse attorney Neal Hersh to help in her battle and she is also hoping that her former writer-producer husband will pay her attorney fees.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, the couple first announced their separation back in December. Debra and Zelman wed back in September of 2000 and have an eight-year-old son.
