She’s gearing up for the release of her new movie “Scream 4” and last night (April 13) Courteney Cox was spotted at “The Late Show with David Letterman.”

The “Cougar Town” cutie looked fabulous in a midnight blue dress with beige heels as she posed for the paparazzi outside the Ed Sullivan Theatre.

As she awaits the weekend release of "Scream 4," Courteney Cox opened up about her character, the films difficult production and her relationship with estranged husband David Arquette.

Stepping out for a sober Sunday afternoon, David Arquette was spotted out in West Hollywood, CA yesterday (April 10).

Looking dapper in a cream-colored suit, the “Scream” actor hit up a Burlesque show and chatted it up with a mystery woman outside the theatre, and looked to have nabbed her phone number.
