Daniel Craig and Satsuki Mitchell Hit the Filmball
Continuing to travel the world as he promotes his new movie "Defiance," Daniel Craig was all dressed up for the 36th annual Deutscher Filmball in Munich, Germany on Saturday night (January 17).
Accompanied by his lovely lady Satsuki Mitchell, the Bond hunk took to the red carpet alongside Steffen Kuchenreuther, president of the central organization of the film industry (SPIO), as the group posed for pictures at the ritzy Bayerischer Hof hotel.
As for his new movie, "Defiance" is about "three Jewish brothers who escape from Nazi-occupied Poland into the Belarussian forest, where they join Russian resistance fighters and endeavor to build a village in order to protect themselves and others in danger."
The film made its way into theaters on Friday (January 16), with early box office stats placing it at 7th on its opening day with $2,880,000 in ticket sales.
