Jennifer Aniston’s “Cougar Town" Ratings Blues
There was plenty of buzz regarding Jennifer Aniston's appearance on “Cougar Town,” but in the end it didn’t amount to much ratings-wise.
The “Bounty Hunter” actress rejoined her “Friends” costar Courteney Cox for the season premiere episode, but only 8.3 million viewers bothered to tune in.
When contrasted with the 12.6 million viewers attracted by the season premiere of “Modern Family,” it looks like “Cougar Town” was more of a stray cat.
Jen’s latest film “The Switch” also left plenty to be desired in the ratings department, as it only grossed $8.1 million on opening weekend.
