Final Trailer Released for Cory Monteith's "McCanick": Watch Here!
Shortly after it was announced that Cory Monteith's film "McCanick" would play at the Toronto International Film Festival, the trailer for the late actor's last film hit the web.
Starring as a drug addict who is sent to prison on murder charges only to be hunted by detectives after he is released, the 31-year-old star reportedly used his own life experience to play the character.
According to director Josh C. Waller, "He was very vocal about his past, and said he wanted to tap into things from his youth that he hadn’t been able to use as an actor yet. He didn’t say it was a cathartic experience, but you could sense it.”
Check out one of Cory's last performances in the trailer below, in which his character Simon Weeks tries to evade the overzealous detective McCanick.
