Helping to give back to those less fortunate than themselves, Cindy Crawford and Jennifer Love Hewitt were spotted lending a helping hand at Kirk Douglas’ annual Thanksgiving Meal for the Homeless on Wednesday (November 26).

Taking place at The Los Angeles Mission, the two lovely ladies joined the 91-year-old Douglas and his lovely wife Anne in serving up Thanksgiving dinners to the homeless.
