He abruptly lost his gig on “Two and a Half Men” earlier this year but that doesn’t mean it's over for Charlie Sheen.

The “Men At Work” star will be returning to the big screen in an upcoming indie film called “A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charlie Swan III.”

Allowing for things to be a little more public than his former employer prefers, the arbitrator overseeing the case between Charlie Sheen, Warner Bros. and "Two and a Half Men" co-creator Chuck Lorre has denied the studio's request for a gag order surrounding the proceedings.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, all parties are now allowed to speak freely to the press regarding any such issues regarding the case.

As the season opener of “Two and a Half Men” draws near, Jon Cryer opened about Charlie Sheen's character’s exit from the show.

The Alan Harper actor told Entertainment Weekly that Sheen’s character will not simply go away after his tragic death on the season premiere.
