Carly Rae Jepsen: Hello Tokyo!
Showing some love to her Japanese fans, Carly Rae Jepsen arrived at the Narita International Airport near Tokyo this morning (January 31).
The “Call Me Maybe” chart-topper flashed a peace sign for the paparazzi and looked adorable in a black hat/black jacket combo as she made her way to a chauffeured ride.
In a recent interview, Carly talked about some of her favorite pop songs of all time, including Sinead O’Connor’s tragic hit “Nothing Compares 2U.”
Jepsen gushed, "I know it was written by Prince, but I’m going to go with the Sinead O’Connor version. Oh my God, and the video’s just a close-up of her beautiful bald head and those eyes. It actually inspired me to want to shave my head for a little while. I’m really glad my mom didn’t let me. I have to thank her for that. I don’t think I have the head for it."
