Tending to her all-important motherly duties, Brooke Mueller took the twins out for a pumpkin patch visit in Los Angeles, CA on Friday night (October 29).

The real estate investor estranged wife of Charlie Sheen was all smiles as she hit the slides, petting zoo area and pumpkin tables with 1 1/2 year-old sons Bob and Max.

It seems the marriage between Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller was even more violent and unhealthy than previously thought.

In fact, Sheen told law enforcement officials that he accidentally caused Brooke to injure her head when he got into a physical altercation with her over his use of prostitutes.

Charlie Sheen was granted a continuance of his domestic violence sentencing on Monday, but Brooke Mueller just wants to put an end to the drama.

According to an inside source, “She just wants to get this over with so everyone can move on with their lives. This has been a nightmare for everyone involved.”
