Their marriage definitely took a turn for the worse on Christmas day, but it is now being reported that both Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller want to patch things up.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, the “Hot Shots” actor was arrested on December 25 after threatening to kill Mueller and holding a knife to her throat.

Her husband Charlie Sheen is looking at up to eight years for assaulting her over Christmas, but Brooke Mueller has plenty of legal drama in her past as well.

The 32-year-old has two prior arrests in the state of Florida- in September of 1996 she was charged with DUI and damage to property and in March of 2001 Brooke was arrested for cocaine possession.

As more details emerge regarding their Christmas Day drama, a police affidavit tells that Charlie Sheen allegedly held wife Brooke Mueller at knifepoint during their domestic dispute.

Following Miss Mueller's 9-1-1 call to Aspen police, the 32-year-old noted that her "Two and a Half Men" actor hubby also threatened to get her killed if she told anyone of the incident which took place at their Colorado home.
