As if they needed any other complications, Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are being forced to reschedule their court date in Aspen, Colorado, originally slated for tomorrow (January 22).

The “Hot Shots” actor and his dentally-challenged wife will have to wait to have their temporary order of protection reviewed, thanks to Mueller’s wisdom teeth.

She’s had her fair share of troubles as of late and it is now being reported that Brooke Mueller has been checked into the intensive care unit at a hospital on Sherman Oaks, CA, according to TMZ.

Word has it, Ms Mueller is recuperating from a surgery she recently had related to an “oral infection.”

They’re still waiting to get their restraining order altered, and in the meantime Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are abiding by the current conditions of their arrangement.

According to a report, Ms. Mueller has moved back into the couple’s Los Angeles home, sending Sheen packing. Charlie is staying in an undisclosed location.
