It was tragic when Brittany Murphy suddenly died last year and now police have released a new report with details about what really happened.

According to the report, "Brittany died of three causes- pneumonia, anemia and a toxic mix of prescription drugs.”

He costarred with Brittany Murphy in “8 Mile” and Eminem recently opened up about his reaction to her tragic death late last year.

In an interview with Vibe magazine, the “Real Slim Shady” rapper explained, "It was crazy. It's crazy, because at one point, we were very close, and she was a really good person.”

In the odd event of his timely death, it is being reported that Simon Monjack’s body was found by Sharon Murphy, the mother of his late wife, Brittany.

Sharon and Simon continued living in the Hollywood home they shared with Brittany before her passing, and a friend of Sharon’s has confirmed that she was the one to find her dead son-in-law.
