He’s no stranger to run-ins with Johnny Law, and last night (October 23) Bobby Brown got pinched by the cops yet again.

The “My Prerogative” singer was pulled over by the LAPD around 1:00AM after he was observed driving out of control.

Less than three weeks after checking into an undisclosed rehab facility, Bobby Brown was released from the medical center on Wednesday (August 29).

The "Every Little Step" singer's current wife, Alicia Etheridge, confirmed the news by saying Bobby "graduated" from the program and, on behalf of the family, she added, "We are supportive and proud."

After his arrest for driving-related matters, Bobby Brown has agreed to enter rehab.

The 43-year-old singer checked himself in to the center last week and his attorney released a statement, which read, “Mr. Brown takes his agreement very seriously and admitted himself three weeks after concluding his honeymoon in Mexico during a break from the New Edition tour. Bobby is doing well and receiving services that comply with his agreement with the State of California."
