The “Brooke Knows Best” babe didn’t seem to mind the paparazzi attention as she donned a tiny bikini top with a cheek-bearing thong while chilling out with a male friend.

In family news, Brooke’s dad Hulk Hogan has been given a clean bill of health after an irregular EKG test cast doubt on whether or not his heart was strong enough to undergo back surgery.

But a cardiologist has given the Hulkster a battery of tests to discover that he’s just fine and will proceed with his back procedure later this summer.
