He loves to show off his horrible British accent, and Jimmy Fallon tried his best to portray John Lennon on “The Tonight Show” last night (February 25).

Joined by “Late Night” band leader Fred Armisen, the former “Saturday Night Live” star claimed he had never-before-seen footage of The Beatles following their premiere performance on “The Ed Sullivan Show” back in 1964.

During the “footage,” Lennon praised the social media fixtures of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Vine, supposedly showing how far ahead of their time they were.

Armisen (as Ringo Starr) also couldn’t say enough great things about ‘eggs benedict.’ Check the clip below!
