Ashley Tisdale's Stalker Receives Probation, Counseling and Jail Time
Giving her a bit more piece of mind, Ashley Tisdale's accused stalker was sentenced to jail time and probation on Wednesday (September 11).
According to the L.A. District Attorney's Office, who confirmed the details to E! News, 21-year-old Nicholas Fiore pled no contest to felony stalking and was sentenced to a year in jail and a year of outpatient counseling.
However, the judge gave Fiore a credit for already served jail time which means he will no longer stay behind bars. Though he may not be in the slammer, Nicholas was also slapped with five years of probation and was ordered to stay away from Ashley for the next 10 years.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Tisdale was granted a three year restraining order against Fiore back in June after he allegedly showed up at her house and sent her more than 18,000 tweets.
