Spending time with a friend in need, Ashley Greene was spotted arriving at a hospital in West Hollywood on Saturday (August 18).

The 25-year-old actress donned a laid back ensemble in jean shorts with a black tank.

The “Twilight” beauty was later spotted grabbing a bite to eat at celebrity hotspot Chateau Marmont.

In related news, Miss Greene's new horror film “The Apparition” will arrive in theaters on Friday (August 24) and she is holding a live Twitter session with her fans on Monday (August 20).

The brunette beauty tweeted, “Hey y'all! I'm doing a live Twitter Q&A on Mon, 8/20, at 2:25pmPT/5:25pmET for #TheApparition! Tweet me your ?s using #AskAshleyGreene!”
