Joe Simpson Ordered on Probation for DUI Charges

After pleading guilty to two DUI charges, Joe Simpson has been sentenced to 36 months' probation, a $390 fine plus penalties, and was ordered to undergo a three-month alcohol education program.

The 54-year-old father of Jessica and Ashlee Simpson did not appear in court and his attorney entered the plea on his client's behalf earlier this week.
