“Arrested Development” Scores Poor Reviews, Netflix Stock Drops
It’s one of the most anticipated (streaming) television projects of the year, however the new season of “Arrested Development” has suffered from unfavorable critical feedback.
The mixed reviews actually translated to a 6% decrease of Netflix’s stock, though analysts insist it’s merely an overreaction that will correct itself.
On the positive side, the Hollywood Reporter’s Tim Goodman actually praised the new 4th season of the show, noting, "The comedic payout begins to multiply with each succeeding episode."
Starring Jason Bateman, Michael Cera, David Cross, Will Arnett, Portia de Rossi, Tony Hale, Jessica Walter, and Jeffrey Tambor, “Arrested Development” Season 4 is currently streaming all 15 episodes on Netflix.
