"It's been fun here in London because you've got the Boris Bikes everywhere. I've been going bicycle riding and sightseeing at the same time, having a great time. For me, exercise has always been a part of my life. I'm addicted to it. It's something I have to do everyday."

On reclaiming his role in "The Expendables 2:"
"One day I was in a position of power, fixing the problems of a state, and the next day I'm having a shoot-out with Van Damme and Sly [Stallone] and all those guys. It's been an intersting time in my life and I was very appreciative that Sly asked me to be involved. I was happy to be back kicking a**."

On the most important life lesson he's learned:
"You can never be successful at everything in life and sports teach you how to get up when you fall. I remember when I was lifing I lept trying to bench press 500lb [227kg] and I failed and failed and then one day at the German powerlifint championships I did it.Sports teach you never to give up. The most important lessons I've learnt in life are from sports."
