The paternity suit over Dannielynn continues to rage on. The AP has reported that Anna Nicole Smith's ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, emerged from a court hearing on Friday in a "happy mood," while Anna Nicole's mother refused to discuss the proceedings.

"I feel really good. What seems like has taken months and months in California basically is going pretty quick here in the Bahamas. I feel good about that. I think good things are coming pretty soon," Birkhead told Access Hollywood after the hearing adjourned.

In the case that just keeps on going, a judge said yesterday that Anna Nicole Smith's boyfriend at the time of her death might be forced to give DNA for a test to determine the father of her 6-month-old daughter, according to lawyers at the hearing.

Twenty-two days after her death, Anna Nicole Smith is finally set to be buried in the Bahamas tomorrow, March 2nd, after her mother dropped her appeal for custody of Anna Nicole's body.
