Howard K Stern Enters Not Guilty Plea
It’s been over two years since her fatal overdose, and to no surprise, Anna Nicole Smith is still being talked about, but this time it involves a courthouse and a judge.
Earlier today (May 13), Smith’s ex lawyer/lover Howard K. Stern pleaded not guilty on felony charges that he conspired with two doctors to give Anna Nicole hundreds of prescription drugs.
Stern's attorney, Steven Sadow, said that the charges do not apply to him because he is not a healthcare provider and Stern will return to court on June 8 to challenge the charges filed against him.
If the case moves forward and Stern is convicted, the three accused may face more than five years in prison.
