Howard K Stern: Breathing Easy with Dropped Charges
He was facing felony conspiracy charges stemming from the death of Anna Nicole Smith, but now Howard K Stern is off the hook.
The entertainment lawyer was absolved of the charges by Judge Robert J. Perry today, who said there was a lack of evidence to implicate him.
Additionally, Judge Perry granted a motion for a new trial and reduced other charges associated with the case.
Stern got into hot water when it was previously discovered that he had obtained prescription drugs for his late client/lover under false names.
