Never one to keep quiet, Lily Allen recently expressed her disapproving opinion on the hit UK television show “X Factor.”

"X factor: FAIL. Too set up/scripted in my humble opinion," Allen wrote on her account. "It's sh--. FACT ! It's everything that I detest about modern western culture. Cowell is the only one who really benefits."

Fresh from an air-lift in, Cheryl Cole, Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh were spotted arriving at the ExCel Center in London, England on Wednesday (June 23).

The “X Factor” judges were all smiles as they graciously waved to their fans before heading inside to watch the auditions. At one point, however, Simon tripped over some equipment and almost fell face first to the ground. Luckily, he caught himself just in time.

Tending to the numerous questions surrounding the passing of Simon Monjack, attorney Roger Neal held a press conference in Los Angeles, California on Monday (May 24).

Taking to a makeshift podium outside of Monjack's home, Neal said, "I can tell you he was excited about what the future held in terms of the legacy of Brittany Murphy. He looked fine to me."
