Wherever Chris Brown is, trouble is seemingly not far behind and this was apparent on Saturday night (February 9) when he crashed his car on the way to a charity event at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy in Los Angeles.
Though he was all smiles after arriving at the event, posing with the founder in a blue and black jacket, black jeans, and a green baseball cap, he narrowly escaped injury just minutes beforehand.
Looking somber in his suit, Chris Brown attended a probation violation hearing in court on Wednesday (February 6).
Though the District Attorney claims the "Don't Judge Me" singer falsified evidence of his court-ordered community service, Chris's attorney Mark Geragos blasted the allegations at a news conference after the hearing.
It looks as though Chris Brown's legal troubles are starting up again, as the Los Angeles District Attorney has filed papers accusing the singer of faking community service in his Rihanna assault case.
Prosecutors in the case allege the 23-year-old did not complete all of his hours at the Tappahannock Children’s Center in Virginia, where he was said to be helping out with odd jobs around the facility.
Last month they had an altercation outside a Los Angeles recording studio, and it turns out neither Frank Ocean nor Chris Brown will face any legal ramifications.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, “authorities are unlikely to push for a misdemeanor battery charge” against Mr. Brown, despite the fact that he’s still on probation for his assault on Rihanna back in 2009.
